Are your items handmade?
Yes! Every piece is handcrafted by Lauren with care and attention to detail.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Because each item is handmade, slight variations in texture, stitch placement, and color pattern may occur. These details make every piece uniquely yours.

How long will it take to ship my order?
Because each item is handmade to order, please allow 1–2 weeks for production before your order is shipped. Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Do you accept custom orders?
Custom orders may be available for select items. Please reach out through the Contact page for availability and pricing.

How should I care for my crochet item?
To keep your piece looking its best, spot clean when possible or hand wash gently in cool water and lay flat to dry.

What materials do you use?
Most Lauren's Loop Studio pieces are crafted using high-quality t-shirt yarn, chosen for its durability, structure, and soft feel. Depending on the design, items may also feature wooden handles, faux leather accents, and metal hardware. Specific materials are listed in each product description whenever applicable. 

Can I return my order?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you experience an issue with your order.
